Oct. 2, 2020 – Since the beginning of the school year, the district has offered curbside meal service at all schools in order to provide meals for students doing at-home learning.
However, 29 of the schools have had very low participation rates, with 11 serving no meals a day. Because of this, the district will end the curbside meal service at those 29 school sites beginning Monday, Oct. 5.
Each of the schools where curbside meal service is ending has a school site within half a mile of their location where curbside meal service will continue.
The chart below displays the school sites ending their service and the alternative site where families can continue to pick up meals.
