Jan. 5, 2022 – COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be held at four different school locations this Saturday, Jan. 8 and Jan. 29 from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM. The locations are:
- Ed White High – Auditorium
- 1700 Old Middleburg Rd. N; Jacksonville, FL 32210
- Sandalwood High – Cafeteria
- 2750 John Promenade Blvd.; Jacksonville, FL 32246
- Highlands Middle – Cafeteria
- 10913 Pine Estates Road E.; Jacksonville, FL 32218
- LaVilla Middle – Theater
- 501 N. Davis St.; Jacksonville, FL 32202
The clinics are for any individual age 5 or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany their children. A consent form, available at the event, will be required.
