July 17, 2020 – Due to the current pandemic situation in our community and in the state of Florida, the Duval County School Board asked the district to consider some new alternatives for the opening of the new school year during its July 16 meeting.
Even though there may be changes to the final plan, parents whose preference is to have their children in at-home learning either through Duval HomeRoom or through Duval Virtual Instruction Academy can still register for those options.
The district administration will present its revised plan to the Board on July 23, and we will update this site following that meeting if there are any changes to the final plan. Please continue to monitor this site.
See this page to learn how to register for at-home learning through Duval HomeRoom. See this page to learn about virtual education through Duval Virtual Instruction Academy. Click elementary, middle, or high to learn more about these options.
