Nov. 10, 2021 – Paratroopers in uniform. Interactive exhibits. Powerful, firsthand testimonials. History came to life for a group of Westside High School students as the result of an engaging D-Day Presentation put on by US History Teacher Daniel Flint.
With the help of friends from the Round Canopy Parachuting Team-USA, Flint shed new light on the World War II D-Day Invasion of Normandy. Team Duval News sat in on the presentation, and has more on why students called this time of learning “life changing.”
